Lil Wayne Set To Perform November 10’s “Saturday Night Live”

Lil Weezy shared his plans to perform on Saturday Night Live come November, on a taping spearheaded by guest host Liev Schreiber, the actor known for his portrayal of the lead protagonist on Ray Donovan. The show’s taping in the coming weeks will mark the 5th time he’s been associated with the SNL brand.

In September of 2008, Weezy performed “Got Money” and “Lollipop” as the night’s musical guest. Then in 2010, he struck again, this time in the company of Eminem. The two grizzled rap veterans “Won’t Back Down” before exiting the stage.

On December 18, 2004, he joined Destiny’s Child on stage to perform his verse on “Soldier,” in his first unofficial appearance on SNL. There was also the time Jay Pharaoh impersonated him to a tee on Weekend Update, on a skit that aired in 2012, but that hardly counts against his record.
